Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://ateliermena.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Who we are
We are a marketing research company providing research design, recruitment, fieldwork, analytics, and consulting services across multiple markets. The Site offers information about our services and may include contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, and research participation pages. We follow the principles of the ICC/ESOMAR International Code for research and data analytics.
Permitted use
You may use the Site only for lawful, internal business or personal purposes. You agree not to:
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, code, and layout) is owned by Atelier Consulting FZ-LLC (“Atelier MENA”) or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and display the Site for personal/internal business use. No other rights are granted. Trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Research participation areas
Where the Site offers survey, interview, or panel sign-ups, your participation is voluntary and responses are typically reported in aggregate (i.e., not identified to clients), unless we state otherwise or you consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

What data we collect
Website & marketing: identifiers (name, email, phone), company details, job role, preferences, IP address, device data, and cookie/analytics data (see Cookie Policy).
Research participation: contact details, demographic info, scheduling data, survey/interview responses, photos/audio/video you provide, incentive/payment details, and consent records.
B2B operations: client/vendor contact data, contracting and billing information.
How we collect data
Directly from you (forms, emails, calls, research sessions); automatically via cookies/analytics; from clients who invite you to a study; from vetted recruitment partners; and from publicly available business sources (e.g., professional directories) where lawful.
Why we use data (purposes & legal bases)
When GDPR applies, the lawful bases are consent, contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation, depending on context. Data-subject rights are respected per GDPR/UK GDPR.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children via the Site. For youth research, we obtain appropriate parental/guardian consent and apply heightened safeguards (project-specific notices will apply).

International transfers
We operate across multiple jurisdictions. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, contractual protections, and risk assessments) and follow applicable UAE PDPL requirements.
Data security
We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk (access controls, encryption in transit where feasible, least-privilege access, audit logging, vendor due diligence, staff training).
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, plus any legally required retention. Typical research records are retained for a limited period defined by client contracts and quality standards, after which they are de-identified or deleted.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, plus rights over automated decision-making. You can exercise rights by emailing office@ateliermena.com

Research recordings & testimonials
If a study involves audio/video or quotes that could identify you, we’ll tell you and seek consent before using them in ways that identify you (e.g., internal client workshops).

Our services do not respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
